1. Registration

One is permanently registered for an outdoor activity as the organization receives the application form.
If registration takes place on behalf of other participants, the applicant is fully liable for the fulfillment of all his/her specified participants.

2. Cancellation

Only written cancellation is accepted. The postmark will be used as cancellation date.
Fees:

• if canceled up to 30 days before the sale date, 15% of the total sum
• If canceled up to 14 days before the registration day: 30% of the total sum
• If canceled up to 7 days before the registration day: 50% of the total sum

3. Liability

Outdoor Sport De Kijkuit is not liable for theft, damage, loss, injury or accidents caused to the participants. Regardless of the cause or negligence.

This also applies to services provided by intermediaries, unless specifically regulated by law. The participation of activities is at own risk. Instructions should be followed strictly. All objects used or put into service by the participant must bebe reimbursed in case of loss or damage caused by that participant. All information provided is collected in good faith and presented as fairly as possible. Errors or omissions are not binding.

4. Insurance

Participating groups are obliged to take insurance for their participating members. Usually school insurance policy, the youth movement policy etc. suffice. Outdoor Sport De Kijkuit is fully insured with regard to its civil liability.

5. Programme alterations

No cancellation fees will be charged if an activity is cancelled due to force majeure. Force majeure refers to water level, general weather conditions eg. snow, heavy rain, black ice, storm etc.

6. Exclusion

Misconduct, not following instructions or causing damage may result in immediate termination of the activity. All resulting costs will be charged to the participant. In this case there is no right to compensation or reimbursement of the participation fee.
