Registration<\/h2>\n<p>One is permanently registered for an outdoor activity as the organization receives the application form.<br \/>\nIf registration takes place on behalf of other participants, the applicant is fully liable for the fulfillment of all his\/her specified participants.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Cancellation<\/h2>\n<p>Only written cancellation is accepted. The postmark will be used as cancellation date.<br \/>\nFees:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>if canceled up to 30 days before the sale date, 15% of the total sum<\/li>\n<li>If canceled up to 14 days before the registration day: 30% of the total sum<\/li>\n<li>If canceled up to 7 days before the registration day: 50% of the total sum<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>3. Liability<\/h2>\n<p>Outdoor Sport De Kijkuit is not liable for theft, damage, loss, injury or accidents caused to the participants. Regardless of the cause or negligence.<\/p>\n<p>This also applies to services provided by intermediaries, unless specifically regulated by law. The participation of activities is at\u00a0own risk. Instructions should be followed strictly. All objects used or put into service\u00a0by the participant must bebe reimbursed\u00a0in case of loss or damage caused by that participant. All information provided is collected in good faith and presented as fairly as possible. Errors or omissions are not binding.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Insurance<\/h2>\n<p>Participating groups are obliged to take insurance for their participating members. Usually school insurance policy, the youth movement policy etc.\u00a0suffice. Outdoor Sport De Kijkuit is fully insured with regard to its civil liability.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Programme alterations<\/h2>\n<p>No cancellation fees will be charged if\u00a0an activity is\u00a0cancelled due to force majeure. Force majeure refers to water level, general weather conditions eg. snow, heavy rain, black ice, storm etc.<\/p>\n<h2>6.\u00a0Exclusion<\/h2>\n<p>Misconduct, not following instructions or causing\u00a0damage may result in immediate termination of the activity. All resulting costs will be charged to the\u00a0participant.
